Citizen Herald paper started in 1899. In 1911 a new building was built on the corner of Sixth and Hawley Street. It was relocated next door in Alan Wright TV Shop. Williams Electrical Service started in 1951 in citizen herald building and was later transferred to 915 Ninth Street. Wrights T.V. Shop opened next to the Citizen Herald in 1955. The old citizen herald building was torn down in 1979. Reflection began when the building moved from 771 Sixth Street to 910 Sixth Street in 1982 where the Video library sits. Today the building is at 930 Sixth Street.
